1. General

ToyRoots is an online educational toy store based in Pakistan. We sell Montessori, STEM and wooden educational toys for children aged 0–6 years. By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are purchasing under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Orders & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (₨)
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors
  • An order is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from ToyRoots
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

3. Payment

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and direct bank transfer
  • For COD orders, payment is due at the time of delivery
  • Parcels cannot be opened before Cash on Delivery payment is made
  • Bank transfer orders are processed after payment confirmation

4. Delivery & Shipping

  • We deliver across Pakistan
  • Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days
  • Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your city
  • Free delivery is available on orders above ₨3,000
  • Delivery charges apply to orders below ₨3,000
  • ToyRoots is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners
  • Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

5. Returns & Refunds

Our full returns and refunds policy is available at toyroots.com/returns-refunds-policy. Key points:

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • An unboxing video is required for all return claims
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • Change of mind returns are not accepted
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item

6. Product Information

  • We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately
  • Actual product colors may vary slightly from images due to screen settings
  • Product dimensions are approximate
  • Age recommendations are guidelines — parental supervision is always advised
  • Some products are clearly marked as non-sturdy or lower quality — please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing

8. Limitation of Liability

ToyRoots is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

  • All products are intended for use under adult supervision

  • Keep small parts away from children under 3 years
