What is ToyRoots?

ToyRoots is a premium online educational toy store based in Pakistan. We specialize in Montessori, STEM and wooden educational toys for children aged 0–6 years. Our mission is to help every child grow smarter and more curious through purposeful, screen-free play.

What age groups do you cater to?

We offer toys for all early childhood stages — infants under 1 year, toddlers aged 1 and 2 years, and preschoolers aged 3 to 6 years. Every product on our website is clearly tagged with an age recommendation to help you choose the right toy for your child’s developmental stage.

What types of toys do you sell?

Our collection includes wooden puzzles, building blocks, counting and math toys, geometric shape sorters, logic and problem solving games, magnetic construction sets, musical instruments, LCD writing tablets, domino sets and much more. All toys are carefully selected for their educational and developmental value.

Are your toys safe for children?

Yes. All ToyRoots products use non-toxic, lead-free paints and smooth-sanded wood with no sharp edges. We carefully select every product with child safety as the top priority. Age recommendations are always clearly stated — please follow them and supervise young children during play.

Are these toys suitable for Pakistani children?

Absolutely. Our toys are designed for universal early childhood development and are perfectly suited for Pakistani children. They require no language skills to enjoy and develop the same core skills — fine motor development, logical thinking, color recognition and creativity — regardless of background.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and direct bank transfer. No credit card is needed — simply pay in cash when your order arrives at your door.

Can I open the parcel before paying for Cash on Delivery?

No — our courier policy does not allow parcels to be opened before COD payment is made. However if you receive a wrong or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours with an unboxing video and we will resolve it immediately.

What are the delivery charges?

We offer free delivery across Pakistan on all orders above ₨3,000. For orders below ₨3,000 a flat shipping rate is applied at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your city in Pakistan.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been dispatched. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +92-332-6665011. Once an order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled but you may be eligible for a return — see our Returns Policy.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation message or email with a tracking number to follow your package’s journey.

Do you deliver outside Pakistan?

Currently we only deliver within Pakistan. We hope to expand internationally in the future.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery for wrong, damaged or defective products. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Full details are available on our Returns & Refunds Policy page.

Do I need an unboxing video to return a product?

Yes — an unboxing video is mandatory for all return and damage claims. The video must show the sealed parcel before opening and the complete unboxing process without interruption. Without this we are unable to process return claims.

What if I change my mind after receiving the product?

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product before buying, contact us on WhatsApp and we will help you make the right choice.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item. For COD orders we refund via EasyPaisa, JazzCash or direct bank transfer. We will contact you on WhatsApp to confirm your preferred refund method.

What if I receive a damaged product?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +92-332-6665011. Send your unboxing video and clear photos of the damage. Once verified we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

How quickly do you respond to messages?

We typically respond to WhatsApp messages within a few hours during business hours — Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm. Messages sent outside business hours will be answered the next business day.
